Hello! I thought I would share my favorite "go-to" breakfast at the moment! I am one of those people that CANNOT skip out on breakfast. But most days I do not have a lot of time to make something extravagant. So I normally resort to make a bagel, but better. There are tons of ways to spice up a bagel, but these two shown below are my favorites!
This option is definitely the quicker version of the two. If you a fruit lover, like myself, this option is definitely for you. It is so simple, but delicious. I LOVE my bagels with strawberries and blueberries, but other types of fruits like bananas, raspberries, or blackberries would all be great.
Now this bagel requires a a little bit more time than the other bagel. This bagel has a sunny side up egg, tomato, and avocado slices. You can definitely add more to this bagel if you are seeking a heartier breakfast. (Some type of meat such as bacon or ham would be so GOOD). Just add what ever you prefer. These two options are my favorite, but you can definitely change it up to whatever you like!
